Export document files (attachments)

Resolution
  1. Go to Settings then Business settings.
  2. Choose Data management.
  3. Select Export files.
  4. Enter a from date in the field provided.
    This will export all attachments across the system dated from the date you specify.

NOTE:

The exported ZIP file includes your business files and can be up to 100 MB in size.
