Known Issue: Unable to apply Webmail settings using Email Defaults
Description

When saving Email Defaults using Webmail an error shows: 

'Error with address ***@***.com. Check Windows event log for more details'.

NOTE:

We've resolved this issue in v31.1 and above. Upgrade now if you aren't using the latest version. If you're unable to upgrade, follow the workaround below.

Apply the email settings inside Report Designer manually.

If for example, it is an invoice you are trying to amend.

  1. Go to Invoices and credits.
  2. Highlight an invoice and select Print.
  3. Select a layout either from Favourites or Layouts.
  4. Press Edit.
  5. Make any necessary changes.
  6. Go to File then select Save All.
