Sage Provisioning Portal

On Sunday 12th January 2025, we’ll be updating the Sage Provisioning Portal between 16:00 and 20:00.

During the deployment period, access to the Sage Provisioning Portal will not be available. However, access to Sage 200 Standard, Sage for Education and Sage 200 Professional via Sage Partner Cloud will continue to work as normal.

What’s included in this release?

This release continues to see delivery of our modernisation activity and number of key maintenance items, which include:

  • Enhancements to the look and feel of the portal as part of our modernisation program, this includes:
    • Terms and conditions acceptance
    • Terms and conditions display
  • Site information updates including billing information:
    • Acceptance date: Date when the site was accepted by the customer.
    • Contract effective date: Current term start date from Zuora.
    • Contract renewal date: Current term end date from Zuora.
    • Notice period date: 30 days before the term end date.

This will apply to all new sites created on or after the maintenance window on 12/01/2025. We’ll also be updating the same information for all existing sites.

This is the first phase of work required to make changes to how Sage Partner Cloud site upgrades are performed.

  • Email notifications:
    • All email templates have now been rebranded.
    • Site deletion information notice now contains new information, providing clarity on what each of the dates refer to.
  • Known issues:
    • Virtual machine sizes were not set correctly based on number of users selected.
    • Accountant user functionality hidden for SPC sites – this functionality is for Sage 200 Standard and Sage for Education only.

We’ll be communicating the Sage Provisioning Portal maintenance in the following ways:

  • Updating status.sage.com
  • Adding an in-product Launchpad message (Standard, Education and Professional via Sage Partner Cloud variants only)
