A stable connection to your bank feed ensures you see the latest transactions without manual input.

Before you start, check that your browser accepts cookies and that you have a reliable internet connection.

  1. Check if your bank supports bank feeds.
  2. Check the status of the bank feed. Any known issues with bank feeds show on the Bank Feed Status page.
  3. Sign in to your bank account through your web browser. 
    If you can't log in, the issue is likely with your online bank account details. Contact your bank for further support.
  4. Ensure cookies are enabled by checking your browser's settings.
  5. Disable any ad blockers or extensions, then reconnect the bank feed in Sage Accounting.
  6. If problems persist, use a different web browser or device to connect.
