Sage Copilot - Inventory Management
Description

With Copilot's clever inventory insights, you can see:

  • Items that are out of stock
  • Items that are low on stock
  • Which items are likely to be out of stock in the next 30 days

Using these insights can help you keep up with your stock levels, and prevent you from losing orders due to inventory gaps. 

 NOTE: Sage Copilot isn't available in Sage 50 Accounts Essentials or Client Manager. If you're interested in upgrading from Essentials, leave your details and we'll be in touch.

Access inventory management

  1. Click Products and services.
  2. Select the Sage Copilot button. In v32.0 and below, this is called Copilot insights.
  3. If Copilot finds actionable insights it'll give you options to select:
  4. Select another option to see items out of stock, low on stock or likely to be out of stock.   

Reorder out of stock items

If a product is out of stock, you can use Copilot to quickly generate a purchase order to replenish. 

From Sage Copilot:

  1. Select View items out of stock.
  2. Click Reorder items out of stock.
  3. You can now use the same process as detailed in purchase orders from sales orders to create a purchase order for your out of stock items.
