Sage Copilot - Anomaly Detection
Description

 CAUTION: This doesn't replace the requirement to check your data is in good health. 


What it does

Sage Copilot can check for potential issues based on:

  • Nominal codes used that differ from the ones you usually use
  • Tax codes used that are different to what you use frequently
  • Transaction amounts being higher or lower than usual
  • Higher or lower amounts of VAT on your recent transactions

These insights can help you spot and correct errors before they become problems.

Cause
Resolution
  1. Click Transactions.
  2. Select Copilot Insights.

▼ Check nominal codes

Select Transactions with unexpected nominal codes to see a list of flagged transactions.

Click the Actions drop-down to either:

  • Edit the transaction to make corrections
  • Mark the transaction as corrected
  • Ignore the transaction

▼ Check tax codes

Select Transactions with unexpected tax codes to see a list of flagged transactions.
