Sage Copilot - Report Analysis
Description

Compare key financial metrics and visualise your data to help make informed decisions with Sage Copilot.

You can quickly access the following reports:

  • Transactional profit and loss (from Nominal codes)
  • Sales Ledger Turnover (from Customers)
  • Purchase ledger turnover (from Suppliers)
  • Balance sheet (from Nominal codes)

Copilot can even create a graph or chart to visualise your data too.

Access report analysis

In the relevant module:

  1. Select the Copilot insights button.

  2. Look for the Report analysis section, and click Begin analysis.
  3. Use the date selection widget to set a date range within a 12 month period.
  4. Copilot will then generate a summary based on the module you're working in.
    For example, in Nominal codes you'll see information from your Profit and Loss report:

  5. If required, you can select options at the bottom of the summary to generate graphs/charts or comparative summaries to review. 
    The image shows the bottom of the Sage Copilot window, with options to view a detailed report, a prior year chart or a comparison to the previous year.

 NOTE: To generate accurate results, Copilot needs a minimum of 12 months of historic transaction data.
