NOTE:

Sage Copilot isn't available in Sage 50 Accounts Essentials. If you're interested in upgrading from Essentials, leave your details and we'll be in touch.

Access Copilot Insights

In Sage 50 Accounts, click Customers or Suppliers.
Select the Sage Copilot button. In v32.0 and below, this is called Copilot insights.

You'll see a screen like this:

Select an option below to learn about drilling through your Copilot insights to get valuable, actionable information.

Business Performance

▼ View sales breakdown

This shows the percentage changes in sales activity impacting your net profit compared to last year's period.

From here, you can choose to see your profit on a chart, view sales trends, and drill deeper into your data.

Selecting an item from the available options will allow Copilot to prepare more information for you.

As an example, here's the Profit as a chart option from Customers:

Most options here give you quick access to key financial reports and data that already exist in your program.

▼ Expenditure breakdown

This shows the percentage changes in expenditure impacting your net profit compared to the same period last year.

From here, you can choose to see your profit on a chart, view purchase and expense trends and more in order to drill deeper into your data.
