You can reprint payslips for any employees who request a copy of them.

Reprint a payslip for a previous period

If you need to reprint payslips, you can do this using the reprinting payslips option.

 NOTE: When you print a historical payslip, your software uses the employee's personal details as they were when you updated records. To amend personal details on a historical payslip you must roll back the employee, amend the details as required then reprocess to date. 

  1. Select Payroll.
  2. On your employee list, select the relevant employees.
  3. Under the Links section to the left, select Reprinting Payslips.
  4. Enter the required process date range and select OK.
  5. Under Payslips, choose Dot Matrix, Email or Laser as required.
  6. Select the payslip layout you need to use, then Print.
  7. If required select your printer, then OK.

If you need to reprint a payslip for a leaver, but they don't appear on your Employee List:

  1. Select Criteria.
  2. Clear the Current Year Leavers checkbox and, if applicable, Historical Leavers.
  3. Select OK.
