Reprint a payslip for a previous period If you need to reprint payslips, you can do this using the reprinting payslips option. NOTE: When you print a historical payslip, your software uses the employee's personal details as they were when you updated records. To amend personal details on a historical payslip you must roll back the employee, amend the details as required then reprocess to date. - Select Payroll.
- On your employee list, select the relevant employees.
- Under the Links section to the left, select Reprinting Payslips.
- Enter the required process date range and select OK.
- Under Payslips, choose Dot Matrix, Email or Laser as required.
- Select the payslip layout you need to use, then Print.
- If required select your printer, then OK.
If you need to reprint a payslip for a leaver, but they don't appear on your Employee List: - Select Criteria.
- Clear the Current Year Leavers checkbox and, if applicable, Historical Leavers.
- Select OK.
