CAUTION: You must confirm that Peoples Pension have received your pension upload before you mark the submission as manually submitted. 

You should only manually upload your pension details in the following scenarios:

• You can’t submit them online
• If instructed to by Peoples Pension

Once you've marked the submission as manual in Payroll, you can't undo it. 

 NOTE: Pension corrections made after this manual submission will reflect in a later submission.

1. Open the completed Pay Run.
2. In the Pensions submissions area, select View Submission Details.
3. Select Confirm manual upload.
4. Tick the checkbox to confirm you have manually uploaded my pension details to Peoples Pension.
5. Select Confirm.
