| Description | It's easy to set up users in your software and assign access rights to them. This ensures different users can log in and help process your payroll. If required, you can change the settings of an existing user profile. TIP: Watch our guide to user management.

Resolution | Edit an existing user You can only follow the steps below if your user has access to the Access Rights option. NOTE: You can only edit the password for the Manager user if you're logged in with the Manager user. - Click Tasks, then Security.
- Click Access Rights.
- In the Users section, click the user you want to edit.
- You can now change this user's settings as required.
- When you've made all your changes, click Save.
