Add a document to File storage
Description

Adding web links to file storage in Client Management makes it easier for you to access online resources and important info while working.
 NOTE: You can't create a folder and a link with the same name they must be labelled differently.

Cause
Resolution
 TIP: Supported file types: bmp, csv, doc, docx, gif, jpg, jpeg, odp, ods, odt, pdf, png, ppt, pptx, rtf, txt, xls, xlsx, xml.
  1. From the File storage tab, choose where you want to add the document. 
  2. From the Actions drop-down, Select Add files.
  3. In the side bar, click Select files.
  4. Choose your files from the file explorer to upload.
  5. Once uploaded, select Close.
Your documents will now show in the chosen location.
