Follow these steps to delete your fund record. - Click Charitable funds.
- Highlight the fund you want to delete.
- Click Delete then Yes.
You can delete fund records if they've no transactions associated with them. If your fund has transactions, you can remove them using the Clear Audit Trail option.
If you have a few transactions assigned to the fund, you can edit the transaction to change the allocated fund record. - Click Transactions.
- Highlight the transaction you want to amend.
- Click Edit and Edit again.
- Change the fund in the Fund box.
- Click Close, Save and Yes.
- Repeat steps 1-2 for each affected transaction.
- Delete the fund.
