Downgrade your Sage subscription
Description

Review the downgrade options for your product below.

Sage Accounting
You can downgrade to any tier. If you're downgrading to Start you must have no unpaid or unallocated transactions (except Sales invoices). You can view transactions created in the previous tier using the Audit Trail, but you can't make any changes. You can upgrade again at any time.

Sage Individual
You can downgrade to the free plan if you're within the bank accounts or attachment storage limit.

Sage Payroll
You can downgrade to any tier. You will loose access to certain HR modules depending on what you are downgrading to and from. You only pay for the amount of employees you have in the program so downgrading is not relevant to this.
