Dear Partner,

We wrote to you in May to let you know we’d be migrating non-subscription Test & Recovery licences (T&R), to subscription.

Starting later today, we’ll be migrating all T&R licences, where the customers live product version is 2021. Your subscription contact, will receive emails with the customer details, including their new T&R serial number.

Its essential that the right licence is used in the right installation and given to customers before their current T&R licence expires. For those done this month, expiry will be set to 31 August 2024.

Notifying Sage of upgrades

Ensuring we have accurate version information is really important so we wanted to remind partners that where a live upgrade is completed, then this must be confirmed to us via the upgrade form.

To enable you to ask for changes on the T&R licence, either changing the version number for testing, or recent licence changes to live that haven’t been correctly reflected, you will be able to do this via our new T&R change notification form.
