We’re undertaking our next phase of system maintenance on the infrastructure that the Sage 200 API, used by Sage 200 Professional and Sage 200 Standard (inc Education), operates on.

Maintenance dates

The next maintenance windows are:

• Tuesday 4 June from 5pm to 10pm – Sage 200 Professional API
• Monday 10 June from 8pm to midnight for customers – Sage 200 Professional & Sage 200 Standard API
• Monday 10 June from 5pm to midnight for partners – Sage 200 Professional & Sage 200 Standard API

Customer communications

We’ll be notifying customers via in product messaging tomorrow. We’ll also send you a reminder on 4 and 10 June.

The important stuff!

During the maintenance window on 4 June, access to and use of the Sage 200 Professional API will not be possible between 8pm and midnight.

During the maintenance window on 10 June, access and use of the Sage 200 API will not be possible – for Sage 200 Professional and Sage 200 Standard for existing users, between 8pm and midnight.

Additionally, on 10 June, for partners & developers, new API user sign-ups will not be possible between 5pm and midnight. Signups are via the sign in button, then create account on our developer website .

If there are any changes to the maintenance window we will update our Sage status pages.
