From time to time customers can be investigated by professional bodies. These professional bodies may contact Sage to request a software licence.

Professional bodies would include, but not be limited to; Police, HMRC, Serious Fraud Office.

All such requests must come through Sage. Existing licences owned by developers, partners or customers cannot be used for these purposes.

In all cases these requests are vetted by the Sage Customer Relations team. We’ve produced a Sage Knowledgebase article that can be shared with anyone who is requesting these types of licences.
