The practice company lets you explore new features and processes, but you can't use it as an extra company. When you log out, all data is erased, so you'll need to restore another backup if you want to use it again.

Setting up

To get started, from the Select Company screen click the Practice data company:

Then click Open Company.

Restore your data

1. From the Practice data screen, click Use my data.
2. Browse to the location of your backup file, then click Continue.
   
3. Click Restore.
4. When prompted, log in to Sage 50 Accounts and start practising. 

 NOTE: You can't export or save any data entered in Practice data. It will be deleted once you log out and you'll need to restore another backup if you want to use it again.
