Sage 200

We’re undertaking our next phase of system maintenance on the infrastructure that Sage 200 Standard and Sage for Education operate on. The maintenance also extends to the API used by Sage 200 Professional.

Maintenance dates

The next maintenance windows will take place on:

• 14th May from 5pm to 7pm
• 20th May from 8pm to midnight
• 21st May from 8pm to midnight

Customer communications

We’ll be writing to customers tomorrow and via in product messaging. We’ll also send you a reminder on 13th and 20th May.

The important stuff!

During the maintenance windows on 14th, access and use of the Sage 200 API will not be possible – for Sage 200 Professional.

On 21st, access and use of the Sage 200 API will not be possible – for Sage 200 Professional and Sage 200 Standard.

During the maintenance window on 20th, Sage 200 Standard/Sage for Education and the Sage Provisioning Portal will not be available, please do not attempt to access.

If there are any changes to the maintenance window we will update our Sage status pages.

The first time customers access the software on or after the update on the 20th they will be asked to download a small update to the software, this requires the necessary permissions.
