Before you start

Ask your accountant for their Accountant ID. They find this in Client Management under Invitations.

 NOTE: This process only works if your accountant is using Client Management. It won't work for Partner Edition users. 


Transfer your subscription

  1. From your business name drop-down menu, select Manage business.
  2. Select Transfer subscriptions from the Subscription information area.
  3. On the side panel, select Transfer subscriptions, then choose Continue.
  4. Enter the Accountant ID, then select Check.
  5. Confirm the accountancy practice and select Continue.
  6. Review the terms and conditions, then select the I understand the consequences… checkbox.
  7. Choose Confirm transfer.

Your accountant receives a notification in Client Management under Invitations where they accept or decline the transfer.
