Sage 200

Over the next few months, we are undertaking some essential system maintenance on the infrastructure that Sage 200 Standard and Sage for Education operate on.

There will be 4 phases of maintenance: March, April, May & June. During each phase, the maintenance will run on concurrent nights, out of hours. We have already completed March’s maintenance successfully; April and May’s maintenance windows will also impact the availability of the Sage 200 API for Sage 200 Standard and Sage for Education sites.

Maintenance dates

The next maintenance window will take place on 8th April from 8pm to midnight.

The important stuff!

During the maintenance window the product and the Sage Provisioning Portal will not be available, we ask that you do not attempt to access.

If there are any changes to the maintenance window we will update our Sage status pages.

The first time customers access the software on or after the update on the 8th, there will be no update for them to download.

We have written to partners yesterday and customers today along with in product messaging.
