You can resume processing attachments with immediate effect. You will find that the delay in newly uploaded attachments being changed from a quarantine status may take a little longer than usual. If you attempt to open the attachment while it is still in a quarantine status you will receive this message 'You can't view this file just yet as it is still being uploaded and scanned. Please try again later'. We are currently looking at ways of reducing this delay. We apologise for the inconvenience caused. |
