This communication was sent 21 March 2024. Notice 24-MM | 21 Mar 2024 Sage 200As part of our Sage 200 2022 R2 release, we updated installation guidance providing information on installing Sage 200 Professional on Azure (outside of SPC deployments). Based on your feedback, we set aside some of our 2024 R2 development time to test Azure deployments with AVD (Azure Virtual Desktop) and Windows 365, as part of these tests we included multifactor authentication being enabled. We’re delighted to say that the testing is now complete…..and it doesn’t stop there, we’re not going to hold this back until the release of 2024 R2 later this year. This change applies to Sage 200 2024 R1 and above, our helpfiles have been updated to reflect this: Please note: we have clear support boundaries, our responsibility is the Sage 200 product we do not provide Microsoft Azure support that is your remit as their partner. Questions? If you have any questions, please speak to your Partner Account Manager in the first instance. If the question is of a technical nature, then please raise a case with our Technical Support Team. Kind regards, Sage Product & Services Team |
