Sage 50 Accounts, Sage 200 & Opayo

Hi everyone,

Sagepay became Opayo in July 2020, and further work has been ongoing to support Opayo becoming a payment product under the Elavon brand.

As part of this work the URLs in use to send transactions to Opayo will be changing. Sage 50 v30 and Sage 200 2024 R1 (Professional) contain the updated URLs, Sage 200 Standard will be automatically updated no later than the 2024 R2 release.

To support customers and allow time to plan in their upgrade, we’ve worked with Opayo and they will retain the old URLs until 31st October 2025. In order to continue using the Opayo service with these, Sage 50 or Sage 200 Professional customers will need to update their solution ahead of the deadline.

We’ll be sending in product messages to customers tomorrow to notify them and direct them to their support provider if they have any questions.

 NOTE: We are aware that Opayo are sending emails out frequently to their customers regarding the URL changes with an earlier deadline than October 2025. We have assurance from Opayo that the URLS used by Sage products will remain until October 2025 If you are a user of the Sage provided Opayo integration in Sage 50 or Sage 200, the email can be disregarded.
