Sage 200 Standard and Sage 50 Payroll – Nominal Link

We recently wrote to you to let you know that we’d identified an issue when using nominal link between Sage 50 Payroll and Sage 200 Standard.

The issue has now been addressed in the upcoming version 30.0 of Sage 50 Payroll which will be available for download from 4 March 2024.

What are the affected software versions:

• Sage 50 Payroll – Version 29.02 or later
• Sage 200 Standard

Note: The issue does not affect Sage 200 Professional or Sage Partner Cloud deployments.

What do I need to do?

Customers who use the affected versions should opt to install Sage 50 Payroll v30.0 as soon as they receive their personal notification.

Are you communicating with customers?

Yes, we’ll be using in product messaging and email to notify customers using the affected combination.

In all cases customers will be directed to their support provider for more information.
