Understanding transactions
Description

You can access transactions from anywhere in Sage Connect. Easily navigate between the Invoices and Payments tabs to gain insights into when and how customers pay.

Each table has multiple tools to help you understand your data. With these, you can sort and filter to find the transactions most important to you. The default sort focuses on invoices and payment due date for customer payments. Like My Network, you can select one or several transactions and export the data to an Excel or CSV file.

The transaction tables contain invoice and payment data from your accounting system. When you first connect to Sage Connect, we'll retrieve all transactions from the last two financial years. Afterward, we keep the data updated with a daily sync.

Transaction Filters

We also offer several filtering options. Quick filters streamline common queries and make it easy for you to gain insights quickly. Use the quick filters categories to indicate the type, age, and status of the transaction you're looking for.

In addition, our standard filters allow you to query your data and zoom in on customer transactions that require your attention.

Use filters to search by:

  • Customer name
  • Date due
  • Invoice number
  • Invoice status
  • Issue date
  • Transaction type
