When you make corrections to a completed pay run, you are asked if you want the payroll to show the correction in the next pay run.

At payroll year end this may not be the case.

You are only given the option do not show difference in the next pay run.

You will see the following screen:

This is because the new tax year calendars have not yet been created in your payroll.

This is a temporary condition until the pay calendars for the new tax year are updated as part of our year-end release.

This usually happens around the first week of March.

In this situation, we suggest you wait until the update has completed.
