If you have more than one business, there are situations where you want to access these at the same time.

It's possible to access different accounts at the same time. You need to: 

• Use a different browser or incognito window
• Separate login credentials for each business

Using different web browsers for each Sage Business Cloud account is essential due to the way web browsers manage sessions and cookies.

Before you begin

• Be aware of which account you're logged into to avoid processing in the wrong account
• Running multiple browsers at once can cause performance issues on your device

Access multiple accounts

Use different web browsers to prevent session conflicts and ensure that your activities in one account don’t affect another. For example;

1.  Log in to one of your accounts in Google Chrome.
2. Then open a new Microsoft Edge browser and log in to your other account.
