Sage 200

2024 R1 Developer Pre-Release

We’re delighted to let you know that Sage 200 2024 R1 pre-release is now available for members of the UK and Ireland Developers Programme, as well as a copy of the SDK helpfiles. As usual all developer documentation will be published alongside the general release to partners and developers.

The purpose of the pre-release is to familiarise yourself with the new features, test your bespoke and/or product additions ahead of the general release;

  • Sage 200 Standard on 5th February
  • Sage 200 Professional on 23rd February

We will be monitoring usage of the pre-release and the feedback we receive, if usage does not improve we may consider withdrawing it for future releases.

As part of this we’d like you to share with customers and partners information relating to the compatibility of your solution, your Tech Partner Account Manager or Partner Account Manager will discuss this with you further. You’re welcome to use Sage Community Hub to share updates on your solution compatibility with the latest release, as well as your own website.

You can access the pre-release software here. By downloading this release, you are agreeing to be bound by the terms and conditions of our pre-release agreement.

This download link and the pre-release SDK helpfiles will be removed from general availability on 22nd February. Once the release is available on 24th you should use the software download and material included in the release notification.

Developer Licence Reminder

We wanted to remind you that all developer tooling and access to the pre-release is linked to your ISV subscription. We made changes with the Sage 200 2023 R2 release that means you need to migrate your licence. More information on this can be found on this communication.
