Our analytics indicated that lots of older documents were not being used. So to reduce the overall size of the application, and the associated company data, the extra documents have been removed. If you need to use one of the older documents, don't worry you can download and restore them below.

Which documents were removed?

To see a list of removed documents, 

 NOTE: Removed documents can be downloaded and reinstalled, just follow the steps below in this article. 

How to restore a document

Each document type below contains a Sage Accounts Back Up file, which can be restored in your software. This will add the document files back into your software ready to be used again. 

Once you have downloaded one of the back up files below:

  1. Log in to Sage 50 Accounts as MANAGER.
  2. Click File and then Restore.
  3. Browse to the downloaded file, and double-click it.
  4. Click Restore.

Once the restore is complete, your documents will be restored.

 NOTE: This process will NOT overwrite any of your transactions or records.
