We’re delighted to let you know that the release of Sage CRM 2023 R2 is now available!

What's New?

User Improvements

  • The extension of the Company Narrative Summary into multiple languages.
  • Rectangular Pipeline improvements to aid readability.
  • The option to view CRM data through multiple, read-only, tabs.

Integration & Administrative Improvements

  • Imported emails can now have default timestamping & storage of additional data.
  • We now provide support for single tenant in OAuth 2.0.
  • Administrators can now view workflow rules & actions without disabling workflow.

Implementation Improvements

  • We have replaced the Oracle Java Runtime Environment (JRE) 8 with OpenJRE 8.
  • This release also includes fixes for reported issues and support for new software.

Training

Partners who have already completed the Sage CRM 2021 recertification course do not need to complete further training. Any partner who has not completed this training will not be eligible for any upgrades or new sales of this version until the recertification course has been completed. To check your certification status, you should contact [email protected].

Useful Links

Integration with Sage products

  • Sage 200 CRM (using classic integration or connector) – this customised version of Sage CRM is retired. This version of Sage CRM is not compatible or supported with any version of Sage 200 using the connector or integration functionality.
  • Sage 200 CRM (standalone) with Qnect 200 – is tested and supported with this release. Find out more in the Qnect 200 compatibility matrix.
  • Sage CRM with Sage ERP 1000 – This combination is not tested and therefore is not currently compatible or supported with any version of Sage 1000.
