Description | When you upload a payslip to Sage HR Online Services or Online Bureau, you may see the following error. error: BankAccNumber is not valid

Your error will indicate the employee that has the issue. |
Resolution | - In Sage 50 Payroll, open the employee record with the issue.
- In the banking tab, check for any invalid characters or blank spaces.
TIP: This includes blank spaces at the end of the field e.g. a space at the end of an Account Number.
- If you see any, remove them.
