NOTE: Some of our bank feeds are provided by Plaid, a trusted third-party that handles millions of bank feeds worldwide. If your bank feed is powered by Plaid, you'll give permission to connect to their services as part of the process detailed below.

Before you start

Set up bank feeds

  1. In the Bank Feeds window, ensure the correct Country is selected, then either use the Find your bank box to search for your bank, or select it from the list under Or choose from these banks.

TIP: Can't see your bank? Type the name of your bank in the search box and click Tell us about it to let us know so we can work on adding a feed for you in the future

  2. After clicking your bank name, click Continue then follow the on-screen instructions to connect to your bank. These steps are unique to your bank and may include entering your online banking credentials.

  3. Next, in Download starting from select the historical date from which you want to start downloading transactions, then click Continue.

NOTE: The start date must be in the last 90 days and may need to be later depending on your bank.

A window appears either confirming the connection, or with further authorisation steps from your bank.

  4. To complete the setup, click Finish.

You've now set up your Bank feed connection!

Next steps

If your bank authorised the connection straight away during setup, you're now ready to start using bank feeds. If your bank requires a physical authorisation form to be sent, it may take up to ten working days.

Once your connection is authorised you can start using bank feeds.
