Sage Provisioning Portal

On Sunday 2 July 2023, we’ll be updating the Sage Provisioning Portal between 20:00 and midnight.

During the deployment period, access to the Sage Provisioning Portal will not be available. However, access to Sage 200 Standard, Sage for Education and Sage 200 Professional via Sage Partner Cloud will continue to work as normal.

What’s included in this release?

This release sees us deliver a number of key maintenance items, which include:

• Ability to view the Azure Active Directory user name for assigned Sage Partner Cloud site users – this will be displayed in the actions section against the user.
• Amendments to the integration with our back office systems that support licencing and billing.
• All dates within the portal will reflect UTC Date and time, (Coordinated Universal Time).
• Some changes to how the reset processes are handled.

How we’re supporting customers

We’ll be communicating the Sage Provisioning Portal maintenance in the following ways:

• Updating status.sage.com
• Adding an in-product Launchpad message (Standard, Education and Professional via Sage Partner Cloud variants only)
