Sage 50 Accounts & Sage 200

Bank Feeds Service Changes

We’re making changes to how some customers access their banking data across our product range.

We’re asking customers to complete a short migration exercise to connect to our open banking feeds (where available) for the following banks:

  • Bank of Scotland
  • Cashplus
  • HSBC
  • Lloyds
  • Natwest
  • Royal Bank of Scotland

We’ll be asking customers to complete this as soon as possible as we’re working on switch off dates with the bank. If they do not complete the steps ahead of the switch off, they will lose their connection to bank feeds.

We’ll be writing to Sage 50 & Sage 200 customers who use legacy direct bank feeds to give them all the information they need on Monday 19th June. We’ll do this via email and in product launchpad, where available.

Note: There isn’t an open banking feed available for HSBC customers listed below. They will need to disconnect their bank feed and manually upload their bank transactions to continue access (if available).

  • All CIIOM (Channel Islands & Isle of Man) customer accounts
  • Savings, mortgage, and loan accounts for HSBCnet UK customers
  • Mortgage and loan accounts for DBB UK customers

Below are links to the articles to support customers in making the change.
