If you already have money in your bank account or a balance on your credit card, enter this as an opening balance. You can add the balance at any time.

When you enter an opening balance on a bank account, it will appear in the Completed transactions section.

Add an opening balance to a bank account

1. Select the profile icon in the top-left corner
2. Choose Banking.
3. Select the bank or credit card account you want to add an opening balance to.
4. Select Add opening balance. 
5. Select Balance or Overdrawn balance and enter the Amount of the opening balance.
6. Select Save opening balance. You can edit this at any time.

The date of the opening balance is automatically set to the day before your transaction start date.
