Before you begin 

If you no longer use an account, marking it as inactive prevents transactions being created for that account.

A bank account cannot be set to inactive it it’s connected to a bank feed. You’ll need to disconnect your bank feed first.

 NOTE: To mark bank accounts as inactive, you need to upgrade to Accounting Individual Paid.

Mark account as inactive

From Banking select Actions then Mark account as inactive. 

You can toggle between banks using the All, Active and Inactive buttons.
