Resolution

Before you begin

  • For added security, you'll need to re-enter your online bank credentials every 90 days
  • You can only connect bank accounts and credit card accounts to a bank feed. There is no bank connection for a cash account
  • When setting up your bank feed you may need to log in to your bank account. So have your banking credentials to hand
  • For security, your bank may send a code or message to your phone or email. Make sure you have access to the phone or email address registered with your bank

NOTE: To connect multiple bank feeds you must upgrade to Accounting Individual Paid.

  2. Select Actions then Connect to your bank.
