| Description | A bank feed is a secure connection between your bank account and Accounting Individual. We'll import transactions directly from your bank, ready for you to check and save. - You must re-enter your bank credentials every 90 days
- You can only connect bank accounts and credit card accounts, not cash accounts
- Have your online banking credentials ready before you start
- Your bank may send a security code to your registered phone or email
|
Resolution | Connect a bank feed - From Banking find the bank account you want to connect.
- Select Actions, then Connect to your bank.
- Enter the name of your bank or credit card company in the search box.
- Follow the on-screen steps to authorise the connection.
- Confirm the date you want to start importing transactions from.
CAUTION: If you’ve already entered some transactions manually, choose a start date after those entries. This prevents the bank feed from importing duplicates. What happens next? Once you've connected your bank, your transactions begin downloading from the import date you selected. When they're ready, your transactions show in the Draft transactions page ready for you to check and save. |
