Add attachments
Description

You can store relevant documents such as receipts, invoices, bank statements to manually and automatically created transactions.

Before you begin

You can add attachments to the Draft and Completed transactions sections, as well as when you're creating a new manual transaction (Money in or Money out). 

Each file cannot be larger than 30MB. This list includes the file formats that we accept:

  • PDF
  • JPEG, JPG, PNG, BMP, GIF
  • DOC, DOCX, RTF, TXT
  • CSV, XLS, XLSX,
  • PPT, PPTX, XML, ODP, ODT, ODS

Upload an attachment

  1. From Transactions, select Draft or Completed.
  2. Within the Draft or Completed transactions screen select the paperclip icon in the Attach column.
  3. From your device, drag and drop your file into the outlined area or choose Select files to open individual or multiple files. 

Once your file has uploaded you can open the file by clicking the file name link. 

Replace an attachment

  1. From Transactions, select Draft or Completed.
  2. Within the Draft or Completed transactions screen select the paperclip icon in the Attach column.
     TIP: Alternatively, you can use the Edit option from the Actions menu, then select Open attachment.
  3. Select files or drag and drop the file you wish to replace.

Delete an attachment 

  1. From Transactions, select Draft or Completed.
  2. Within the Draft or Completed transactions screen select the paperclip icon in the Attach column.
     TIP: Alternatively, you can use the Edit option from the Actions menu, then select Open attachment.
  3. Select Delete file.
