Here are the options available in this settings window:

Bank feeds status

This is the current status of your bank account within Bank feeds, This shows as Active once the feed is set up and approved from your bank. This is most commonly done through Online Banking. A bank feed showing as Pending means the feed is still being set up by your bank.

Automatic reconciliation flag

To automatically mark transactions created from a Bank feed rule as reconciled, tick the Flag transactions created from a bank feeds rule as bank reconciled check box. After selecting this option, transactions from your bank feed will be included on your next reconciliation automatically. 

Disconnect your bank feed

To disconnect your bank feed, click Disconnect Bank feeds and then click Yes.
