Sage 50 Process Changes

As a valued Partner, we want to inform you of some changes that we are making to how you engage with us regarding existing customer queries.

From 1 March 2023, some correspondence will need to be routed to [email protected].

This includes;

  • Cancellation requests
  • Reinstatement requests
  • Downgrade requests
  • Renewal requests
