How can I reprint my previous detailed pay run reports

Sometimes you may need to reprint your detailed pay run reports. You can send these to your accountant or kept in a file for future reference.

  1. Select the Pay Runs tab.
  2. Select the completed pay run.

    NOTE:

    You can go as far back historically as you need to.

     
  3. From the top left of the window, above your employee name list, select the Open the detailed report link.
  4. Print or save the report using your web browser options.
