TIP: You must mark the employee as a leaver before the P45 option becomes available. You can export your P45 as a PDF by following the below steps: - Go to the Employees tab.
- Select Filter and select the Include employees who have left check box.
- Select Apply.
- Select the employee. Select Print P45.
NOTE: Depending on your Internet browser, the P45 report opens in a new window or tab. - At this point you can choose to Download it from your browser file menu as a .pdf file.
NOTE: You can attach the file to an email for your employee. - To print the P45, select the browser print option.
