| | Pop-ups blocked when printing |
| Description | If you print reports you need to make sure that pop-ups aren’t blocked by your internet browser. This can apply to all reports including your invoices, credit notes, quotes and payslips. |
| Resolution | If you prefer to keep your pop-up blocker enabled for added security, you can leave it on but configure it to allow pop-ups from Sage. If you’re using any other internet browser, please refer to your browser help system. - From the menu (ellipsis) icon, then select Settings.
- Select Privacy, search and services, then select Site permissions.
- Select Pop-ups and redirects from the list.
- Under Allowed to send pop-ups and use redirects, select Add site.
- In the Add a site box, type https://payroll.sageone.com.
- Select Add.
The next time you try to print a report, it opens in a new tab, and you can print it as normal. - From the menu (ellipsis) icon, then select Settings.
- Select Privacy and Security, then select Site settings.
- Under Content, select Pop-ups and redirects.
- Under Allowed to send pop-ups and use redirects, select Add, then type https://payroll.sageone.com.
- Select Add.
The next time you select to print a report, a new window will open, and you can print it as normal. - From the menu (ellipsis) icon, then select Settings.
- Select Privacy & Security, then select the Exceptions button next to Block pop-up windows.
TIP: If Exceptions isn’t available, pop-ups are already enabled from all websites. - In the Address of website box, type in https://payroll.sageone.com.
- Select Allow, then select Save Changes.
The next time you select to print a report, a new tab will open, and you can print it as normal. - On the menu bar, select Safari.
- Select Preferences, then select the Websites tab.
- Under General, select Pop-up windows.
- Locate https://payroll.sageone.com/ in the list of websites, then select Allow.
