The Balance sheet shows what you own, your assets and what you owe, your liabilities.

Run the report
Go to Reports, then select Balance sheet report.
Enter the date you want to run the report To.
NOTE:
The balance sheet shows your business' financial position from your accounts start date to the date you choose. You don't add a report start date.
Select Calculate.
Drill down into specific ledger accounts to view further details. Depending on the ledger you select, this opens the nominal activity or profit and loss report.
To save or print the report, from the Export dropdown, select CSV or PDF.
