Edit products, services and stock records It's easy to update the details of your individual products and services - From Products and services, select the relevant item from the list.
- Select Edit.
- Amend as required.
- Select Save.
NOTE: You can't edit the Type on products or service records you've already included on transactions.
Update existing products and services You can update existing item records from a spreadsheet (CSV file). We use a unique ID to match and update your records. To include this ID, export your records first, update the exported spreadsheet, and then import it again. For more information, read update existing products and services. Delete a product or service You can delete unwanted items from your list so long as they're not used on an invoice. Read delete products, services and stock for more information. If you've used the product or service on an invoice, mark it as inactive. Understand categories and sub-categories You can split products and services into categories and sub-categories. This allows you to filter reports and get product and service-specific insight. Read manage product categories for more information. |
