Before you add prices to your products or services, set up the price types you want to use. You can rename existing price types, add new ones, or deactivate price types you no longer need. Once set up, these price types appear when you add products or create customer records.

1. From the navigation bar, select Settings, then choose Record and transaction settings.
   
2. Scroll to the Products & Services section.
3. In the Product Prices list, rename existing price types or enter new ones, such as Customer 5%, Customer 10%, or Customer 15%.
   
    NOTE: You can add up to 10 pricing levels. 
4. To deactivate a price type, clear the In Use checkbox next to it.
5. Select Save.

Now you can use these price types when creating items or setting customer defaults.
