Print a quote or estimate

When you select to print a quote or estimate, it displays on your screen as a PDF preview. You can check that everything looks as you want it to here, before you print it.

  1. Go to Sales.
  2. Select Quotes and estimates.
  3. Click into the Quote or Estimate.
  4. Select Print preview in the panel to the right.
    This will show as preview in a PDF file (Opens in a new tab).
  5. Select the Print Icon in the top right.

Once you've previewed your quote or estimate, use the dialog that appears to choose whether you want to mark it as sent or leave it unsent.


Preview a quote or estimate

If you'd like to see what your quote or estimate will look like before you print it, you can preview it on screen. This shows how your printed quote or estimate will look, using the template, logo, and other customisations you've made.

To preview your quote or estimate, select the Print preview option from the options pane on the right of the screen:

Once you've previewed your quote or estimate, use the dialog that appears to choose whether you want to mark it as sent or leave it unsent.


Download a quote or esitmate

You can download a copy of the quote or estimate that has been created in Sage Accounting

  1. Go to Sales.
  2. Select Quotes and estimates.
  3. Click into the Quote or Estimate.
  4. Select Download on the panel to the right.
  5. Open your files on your device and the quote/ estimte can be located here.
  6. You can open the file and either view or print the quote/ estimate.

Once you've downloaded your quote or estimate, use the dialog that appears to choose whether you want to mark it as sent or leave it unsent.
