Create a sales invoice

  1. From Sales, select Sales invoices.
  2. On the right-hand side, select New Invoice
  3. Next, select your Customer from the list or Add new customer if needed.
  4. Complete the mandatory fields marked with a *. For more information, read our article Create a sales invoice - detailed version.
  5. As you fill in the Description, a new line appears for adding more details.
  6. Select Preview to view how your invoice looks. For more information, read our article Customising sales documents
  7. Select Save.

 TIP: To save time, you can select Save and Email to send this to the customer straight away.
