How to print a sales credit note

When you select to print a Sales Credit note , it displays on your screen as a PDF preview. You can check that everything looks as you want it to here, before you print it.

1. Go to Sales.
2. Select Sales Credit note.
3. Click into the Quote or Estimate.
4. Select Print preview in the panel to the right.
   This will show as preview in a PDF file (Opens in a new tab).
5. Select the Print Icon in the top right.

Once you've previewed your Sales Credit note, use the dialog that appears to choose whether you want to mark it as sent or leave it unsent.

How to Save a PDF copy of a invoice

You can download a copy of the quote or estimate that has been created in Sage Accounting

1. Go to Sales.
2. Select Sales Credit note.
3. Click into the Sales Credit note.
4. Select Download on the panel to the right.
5. Open your files on your device and the Sales Credit note can be located here.
6. You can open the file and either view or print the Sales Credit note.

Once you've downloaded your Sales Credit note, use the dialog that appears to choose whether you want to mark it as sent or leave it unsent.
